1. No Un-Registered Guests may enter property at any time. The primary guest must be present and supervise all other guests at the property. The total number of guests must be pre-approved. Host reserves the right to deny access to any guests with bad host reviews, no reviews, or unwillingness to follow all house rules. Please register your guests on the Airbnb registration as a modification. 2. Hot Tub requires adult supervision at all times. Never leave children unattended. Guest acknowledges risk of drowning and holds host harmless. 3. No Parties No Groups or Events 4. Lost house Items Will Incur a Replacement Fee. 5. Please take off your shoes in the house. 6. We can accommodate 4 vehicles max. Park on left driveway 7. Usage of Utilities must be appropriate and within guidelines 8. No Illegal Substances!! No weed! 9. No Eating or Drinking in the Bedrooms 10. Furniture is Not to Be Re-Arranged 11. No Smoking, Vaping, inside or outside! 12.. Check Out On Time: 10am. Housekeeping is often scheduled to arrive at 10am to clean in time for the next stay. 13. Early Check-In or Late Check Out may incur a fee of $75/hr 14. Guest Agrees To Pay for Damages Exceeding Deposit. 15. Be Kind to Garbage Disposal. No grease down drain. 16. HOA requires no street parking overnight. 17. Respect Towels & Sheets 18. Dishes left in sink at checkout is Additional Cleaning and an Extra Charge 19. No Pets 20. Quiet Time: 10pm-8am. Noise level monitoring is utilized. 21. If property has bad odor after the stay from pets / smoking or any other source, guests agree to pay damage fee of a minimum of $250 for cleaning and ozone treatment. 22. Please take out trash at departure. 23. Guest pays for shipping and handling to return any left behind items or may pick them up. 24. Guest agrees to communicate and notify the host IMMEDIATELY upon check in of any issues that are less than 5 stars with the home, so that host can remedy them. 25. Guest agrees to communicate to host upon checkout so that housecleaners know it is safe and ok to enter the home at 10am. Notice: There is one actively recording camera at the front door which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

Stayed here for a short trip and the place delivered on all key points. The space was clean, organized, and matched the listing. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were well maintained and stocked with essentials. Location worked well for access to nearby spots. Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear. No issues during the stay. Host was responsive and handled questions quickly. Overall, a reliable option that meets expectations. Would book again.

Loved staying at Kauai's place. Super clean (inside and out). Great communication. Was so nice to have a full house instead of just a hotel room. We'll be booking again when in the area. Absolutely lovely!

This stay was Amazing!! Kauai was very helpful with our check in and always kept in touch with us on how we were doing and if there was anything they could help us with. Upon arrival the home smelled amazing and was spotless! Our family and friends enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again! Although we only stayed one night we would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the home more but everything was spot on, so peaceful and safe. We thank Kauai for this amazing stay and everyone should definitely book here! Thank You for everything!
