1. No Un-Registered Guests may enter property at any time. The primary guest must be present and supervise all other guests at the property. The total number of guests must be pre-approved. Host reserves the right to deny access to any guests with bad host reviews, no reviews, or unwillingness to follow all house rules. Please register your guests on the Airbnb registration as a modification.
2. Hot Tub requires adult supervision at all times. Never leave children unattended. Guest acknowledges risk of drowning and holds host harmless.

5. Please take off your shoes in the house.
6. We can accommodate 4 vehicles max. Park on left driveway

25. Guest agrees to communicate to host upon checkout so that housecleaners know it is safe and ok to enter the home at 10am.
Notice: There is one actively recording camera at the front door which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

This is a beautiful comfortable home. We Enjoyed our stay there. Felt very much like home and it’s very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood. We will definitely try to book here again. Loved this place.

Enjoyed a weekend visiting ACU with my family. This home was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and backyard games was a huge hit for my older children. Would stay here again.
