Important: Do not park in front of the neighbors' home or on the adjoining driveway to the right. Do not go down the neighbors' driveway to turn around. 7. Usage of Utilities must be appropriate and within guidelines 8. No Illegal Substances!! No weed! 9. Remove Shoes When Inside Home 10. No Eating or Drinking in the Bedrooms 11. Furniture is Not to Be Re-Arranged 12. No Smoking, Vaping, inside or outside! 13. Check Out On Time: 10am 14. Early Check-In or Late Check Out May Be Permitted for a fee. Please try to contact host in advance if needed. 15. Guest Agrees To Pay for Damages Exceeding Deposit. 16. Be Kind to Septic. No grease down drain. 17. Safety around water! Ensure all guests and children know how to swim with a designated lifeguard. Bring and wear a properly fitted personal life jacket. Lifejackets are not provided. 18. Respect Towels & Sheets. Please bring your own beach towel. Bathroom towels are not for the lake. 19. Additional Cleaning is an Extra Charge 20. Pets allowed with additional fee. 21. Quiet Time: 10pm-8am. Noise monitoring is utilized by NoiseAware and Ring. 22. No illegal activity; no illegal wifi downloads, transmission, or excessive internet usage that violates ISP policies or incur excessive usage penalties. 23. If property has smoking, fish, or pet odor after stay, guests agree to pay damage fee of a minimum of $250 for ozone treatment and additional cleaning damage fee for carpet, furniture, etc. 24. Pets allowed on per approval basis. Please message host about animal breed. No pet supplies are provided. Pet fee is per pet. 25. Notice: There is a County Sheriff who lives in the neighborhood and will investigate any illegal activity. 26. No personal firearms are permitted on the property. This is for the safety of the neighbors and the community. 27. No diving off the dock. The water level can drop and it is not safe to dive. 28. Septic only system can accommodate only personal toilet use. Do not flush anything else down the toilet other than toilet paper. 29. Please take care of the kayak, SUP, lily pad and accessories. Any damage or misuse will be deducted from the deposit. Use of watercraft in cold or bad weather / cold water temperature is not advised. 30. This is a quiet community please respect neighbors. No loud music. 31. Boats may only be launched at public boat launch. There is no boat ramp on property. Boats may use the dock at own risk. Host is not responsible for any damage or theft to boat. 31. Outdoor Security Cameras are installed around the perimeter of the property for safety and can be turned off upon request after guest arrival. There are never indoor cameras. 32. Additional Liability Waiver Release: You understand that swimming, and the use of hot tub, kayaks , SUP (stand up paddleboard), lily pad, swing, and swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with kayaks, SUP, lily pad, swing, and swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from kayaks , SUP, lily pad, swing, and swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that kayaks , SUP, lily pad, swing, and swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using kayaks, SUP, lily pad, swing, and swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of kayaks , SUP, lily pad, swing, and swimming. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. 33. Guest agrees to pay for additional cleaning charges due to strong odors and carpet stains, damages caused by pets, smoking, or any other source. Notice : There are two actively recording cameras at the front door and back of the carport that records video and audio. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

Guests can access the entire property, as this is a vacation home with easy access near the Village Inn and grocery store just 5 minutes away!
