If property has bad odor after the stay from pets / smoking or any other source, guests agree to pay damage fee of a minimum of $250 for cleaning and ozone treatment. 22. Please take out trash at departure. 23. Guest pays for shipping and handling to return any left behind items or may pick them up. 24. Guest agrees to communicate and notify the host IMMEDIATELY upon check in of any issues that are less than 5 stars with the home, so that host can remedy them. 25. Guest agrees to communicate to host upon checkout so that housecleaners know it is safe and ok to enter the home at 10am. 26. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to travel with a special pet. Guests should bring all of their own pet supplies (bed, bowl, kennel, etc) for their pet. Pet must have current rabies vaccination to comply with city animal control laws. Please keep your pet on a leash when in front of home as there are children and traffic in the area. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the home where damage could occur. For a 5 star guest review, there should be little to no trace of a pet visit. Large dogs should be avoided in the home as they can damage the sofas. Notice: There is an actively recording camera at the front door and above back door which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

Almost all spaces on the property are accessible to guests except the cleaning closet, linen closet, and shed. The side of the house can accommodate a trailer or RV but no slide out or hookups.
